What is our return policy?

We certainly hope that you like your Smoky Mountain Outpost product. However, if you are not satisfied, you can return the merchandise within 14 days of the original purchase.

​

Please take note that any pre-print label price will be deducted from your original purchase amount that was included in your original shipment.

​

Also, only those items that were purchased online at smokymountianoutpost.com can be returned by mail to us here at our warehouse.

​

Other brand name items purchased from our website must be handled by their authorized retailer or site and is subject to any return policy which they may have.

How do I return my order?

Smoky Mountain outpost will make your return very easy.

​

Return by Prepaid Shipping label:

Feel free to use the prepaid Fedex Ground shipping label provided to you in your original purchase to ship your return.

​

Enter your order number and email in the beginning and follow the instructions.

​

Place your items and packing slip in any shipping carton of your choice and affix the prepaid return label on the outside of the package.

​

Then, drop your package off at any FedEx office or partner location in your area.

I lost my return label, can I still make one?

Certainly. If you have lost the original return label or packing slip, please visit our return center, enter your order number and email, then follow the directions.

​

Place your items and packing slip in any shipping carton of your choice and affix the prepaid return label on the outside of the package.

How soon will I receive my refund?

We will process your return within 7-14 business days after we have received your return. Refunds are issued in the original form of your payment. If you used your credit card, your company may take additional business days before posting any refund to your account.

If it is a holiday season (December – February), then returns may take up to 21 days for any processing due to higher than normal sales volume.

How much does it cost to make a return?

We will gladly refund your full order minus any fees for the return shipping label.

Can I exchange my order?

Smoky Mountain Outpost at this time does not accept any exchanged. You are more than welcome to return your original order and place any new order online.

What if my order arrived defective or damaged?

If you have received any order that was damaged or defective from Smoky Mountain Outpost, then please visit our (Contact us Page), and send us any information and photos if possible, with a brief description of the issue. This will help us to track any issues with shipping arrangements. We will gladly issue a replacement for any defect.

Note that any defect will be analyzed case by case, and we cannot guarantee a replacement if the item has been misused in any way.

Also, before contacting our Customer Service, please have your order number ready. You can find your order number by logging in to your Smoky Mountain Outpost account or checking your original email confirmation.

Do you have an account with us?

Log into your account to track your return and or check any status of a return once it has shipped.

When will I receive my purchase?

Smoky Mountain Outpost will ship orders Mon-Fri.

Note: After 12pm on Friday through Sunday any items purchased will ship the following Monday. Orders may take 1-2 business days to process and ship after you receive confirmation.

U.S. Customers:

Smoky Mountain Outpost offers FedEx by ground or Second day-air. All orders ore shipped on regular business days Mon-Fri, excluding federal holidays. 

​

Generally:

Standard FedEx Ground Transport: 7-10 business days

​

Second Day air: expect second day service on business days Mon-Fri excluding federal holidays. If placed after noon on Friday, expect your package to be delivered Monday.

​

Smoky Mountain Outpost will provide *FREE* FedEx ground service on all orders exceeding $75.00 within the lower 48 states (Alaska, Hawaii or U.S. territories not included). No free shipping is offered with other promotional offers. When checking out your order will be prompted to choose a shipping method. Costs are dependent on the price of the items and your shipping method chosen. All shipping charges will compute automatically during checkout.

OUTSIDE THE U.S.

Smoky Mountain Outpost does not offer International Shipping at this time.

CREDIT CARD REVIEW POLICY:

All orders are manually verified, so be aware that your initial order approval is subject to review.
